Keep in mind, the piggyback is optional, and if you use patterned paper, but still use the Unscripted Sketch as your inspiration, it won't disqualify you from being considered for this week's Top 3! It's an additional challenge to stretch your creativity!
My first instinct was to skip the piggyback this week, but I took on the extra challenge and made my own patterned paper and stamped a pattern on different scraps of cardstock for the bottom half of my card. I embossed another piece of cardstock for the top half of my card:
